Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, consumers havea time limit 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the package to request a refund.

Any return must be complete (original packaging, manuals, accessories, copy of the invoice) and the returned products must be in perfect condition for resale, so they must not be worn, neither soiled nor damaged. Shipping and return costs and packaging remain the full responsibility of the buyer and can in no case be subject to a refund.

Delay

All late delivery of more than seven days may lead to the resolution of the sale at the initiative of the consumer, upon simple written request from him, sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The consumer will then be reimbursed for the sums incurred by him when ordering.

Damage and partial loss
