Presence of traces of use and two old chips underneath visible in the last photos.
This bottle is in two-tone glazed stoneware.
It is marked: S.R.D. (which stands for Supply Reserve Depot) and has an illegible stamp.
This stoneware bottle contained rum for the British army in the 1940s.
It has an iron handle in very good condition.
