Country specific information
Belgium: Following the previous suspension of the delivery of parcels from France to Belgium, Colissimo gradually reactivates the delivery of parcels from November 26. However, to facilitate the routing and delivery of parcels on Belgian territory, we ask you to smooth out the delivery of parcels to Belgium over a few days and to make sure you enter the recipient's email address.
Ireland: Parcel delivery times may be extended to Ireland due to increased volumes and air transport shortages.
Italy: Currently, our delivery partner BRT Bartolini is forced to temporarily cease delivery service from the Catanzaro hub, located in Calabria in southern Italy, for the following codes: 87030, 87031, 87032, 87035, 87050, 88020, 88021, 88022, 88024, 88025, 88040, 88041, 88042, 88044, 88045, 88046, 88047, 88049, 88050, 88051, 88054, 88055, 88056, 88060, 88062, 88064, 88065, 88067, 88068, 88069, 88070, 88100, 88835, 88837, 88838, 88841, 88842, 88900.
Packages destined for these postal codes can therefore be returned to the sender if they could not be delivered.

Given the excessive disruption related to deliveries, the current health situation and Brexit which will take place on December 31, 2020.
We reluctantly decide to stop sales for the UK and Ireland.
Orders already placed will be delivered but certainly late.
If, however, your order is returned to us, we will immediately issue a full refund and contact you by email to inform you.
Also note that no refund can take place until we receive the order.
The current situation is beyond our control.

Given the situation current sanitary conditions and the influx of many packages to our carriers from France, slight delivery delays are noted with Colissimo and Mondial Relay despite our shipments within 24 hours (working days in France).
We strongly advise you to switch your orders (if scheduled to offer at Christmas) before December 15.

This incident has no impact on the delivery of your packages and items. - We are sorry for this exceptional situation and assure you that we are doing everything we can to resolve this incident as soon as possible.

COVID-19: Home delivery and without signature.
The usual delivery times are 3 to 10 working days, significantly lengthened times in the current health context.
Please send us the correctly spelled delivery address, a valid email and a phone number.
